Growing up with ADHD (unknowingly), my mind floated in the clouds and it often got me in trouble, especially socially. Writing gave me new perspectives, but when I got my diagnosis I realized it was actually my therapy. Now, I use writing and some self-research to further learn about and understand everyday experiences.
